Axel Beach Maspalomas - Adults Only, Playa del Ingles (Gran Canaria)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Maspalomas. The rooms were modern and very well looked after, although they appeared a little bit sparse. The service, overall, was very friendly and professional, with the exception of one staff member named Kelvin who made the check-in experience unpleasant. The location was amazing, close to the Yumbo Center and offering great amenities like a jacuzzi, sauna, and bar area. The dining experience was excellent, especially with the friendly pool bar staff, but it was a bit pricey for what was offered.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen in the rooms. The service is friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring the vibrant area, though some rooms may not have ample sunlight. Dining options are varied but could be improved. Overall, a decent choice for a stay.

The hotel has nearly everything we needed, but the rooms were facing a very noisy street, dated, and in need of a deep clean. However, the service was friendly, and housekeeping was generally of a high standard. Despite some drawbacks, the staff is nice, and the pool is a great spot to relax.
